Academic Excellence from a Biblical Perspective.
Enrollment Process

We are glad that you are interested in joining our Bethel Christian Academy Family! Your first step is to set up a tour. Please fill out this Getting to Know You Form to begin the process. After you have submitted the form, we will contact you to set up your tour.
What to expect from your tour:
After filling out this form, we will schedule a tour for you. During this time, we will walk through the building so you can see the classrooms and the specials classes that we have available. You will also have time to talk about the school activities available as well as Before and After School Care. After your tour, you will sit with the principal, Mrs. Burnett, to talk through questions, the enrollment process, and finances.
After your interview, you will be invited for a family interview. This interview will include the students seeking to attend BCA as well as their parents/guardians. In the case of split households, both parents must attend. You will sit down with Mrs. Burnett and a teacher. We will discuss goals and needs of your student(s). If your child is currently on a 504 plan or has any academic needs, they will be discussed at this time.
After the interview, if we feel that ______, you will be invited to begin the admissions process. Admission and enrollment happen in 2 steps. Each step comes with an administrative fee that is nonrefundable.
The admissions process begins online at this link. The admissions packet includes a character reference for your child. This can be a former teacher, a pastor, a coach, etc. It cannot include a family member. Once the packet is finished and your reference is completed, you will be invited to complete the admissions packet and enroll at BCA. This packet also includes a nonrefundable administrative fee.
Your child’s spot in their classroom will not be completely secure until the following forms have been submitted. You will have 30 days to do so.
