Tuition and Fees

 

REGISTRATION

Fee - $150 per child

 

The fee is broken up into two parts. A $50 non-refundable admissions fee is paid when the Admissions Application is submitted. Once the Admissions Application is reviewed and your child is accepted, you will be invited to continue the process by completing an Enrollment Application. The $100 enrollment fee is paid when the Enrollment Application is submitted.

 

TUITION (Pre-K through 8th grade)

Our tuition is one of the lowest in the area! We accept the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship for families who qualify and also offer financing for those who would like to spread out the tuition payments. Tuition can be paid over a ten month period beginning August 10 by enrolling in FACTS Tuition. Anyone paying the total tuition on or before the first of August will receive a 5% discount. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Financial Assistance is available for students who qualify. This is based on need as determined by our Financial Aid Application, which is processed by FACTS Grants & Aid. If you think you will qualify for assistance please contact  Mrs. Faust in our finance office. BCA accepts the EdChoice Scholarship (both Traditional and Expansion). If you qualify for EdChoice through the state of Ohio, the scholarship will cover the full cost of your tuition! Click here for more details!

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE

Before and After School Care is available from 7:00-8:00am and 3:30-6:15pm daily for $3.60 per hour per student (discount given for additional students from the same family) and is billed the beginning of every month, separately from tuition.

 
 

BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

We provide breakfast and hot lunch options through the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast program. Free and reduced breakfasts and lunches are available for families who meet the Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines.
