Bethel Christian Academy (BCA) serves a diverse body of students. BCA strives to educate not only the mind but also the heart of a child. BCA is a Christian school that teaches integrates biblical principals into every subject as we strive to teach above the required standards. Under the leadership of Mrs. Natalie Burnett, Principal, BCA is striving to become the premier Christian School serving Parma and the surrounding communities, including, but not limited to Brecksville, North Royalton, Strongsville, Brunswick, Medina, Berea, Middleburg Heights, and Cleveland. BCA prides itself in the high quality, dedicated, and loving staff we are able to attract. BCA also has a high level of longevity for staff members. Most of BCA's staff have been employed here for more than 10 years and several staff members have been employed for more than 20 years.

1. Interested persons must submit a resume and a copy of appropriate documents (teaching license or substitute teaching license, college transcripts, etc.)

3. Bethel Christian Academy hires based on enrollment and need. If a position becomes available, qualified applicants may be contacted to set up an interview.

Current Available Positions:

Bethel Christian Academy is fully staffed at the moment, but always accepting resumes for future positions. We are always seeking qualified substitute teachers as well.
​
1. Elementary Teachers - Applications are now being accepted for full-time classroom teachers. We will be hiring one kindergarten and one 1st grade teacher for the 2024-25 school year. Applicants must be willing to submit to BCII/FBI background check (or provide report less than 365 days old). In the coming weeks, Principal Burnett will be starting interviews. To be considered, applicants must complete the Application.
2. General Substitute Teacher - Additional subs are needed for next school year and there is potential for days during the current school year as well. Applicants must be willing to submit to BCII/FBI background check (or provide report less than 365 days old) and interview with Principal Burnett prior to working with our students. To be considered, applicants must complete the Application.

3. Custodial/Kitchen Substitute - Occasionally, we are in need of substitutes for our custodial and kitchen workers. Kitchen subs are needed from approximately 9:30-1:00 and custodial subs work approximately 11:30-4:30. If interested, complete our Application.

4. As things change, positions could open up in every area. If you would like to be considered for any additional opening, complete our Application and you will be considered if a position you are a good candidate for becomes available.
