Admissions/Enrollment
 

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is now open!


We are glad that you are interested in joining our Bethel Christian Academy family. We would love for you to call us to set up a tour, but if you would like to begin the Admissions process, you can simply click on the "Apply Now" button below to get started.

After clicking, you will:

  • Set up a Facts Family Portal Account, which is how you will log in to complete the steps and will be very useful to you in the future.

  • Create a New Student Application, which will be submitted with your non-refundable $100 Admissions Fee.

  • Interview with the Principal. We may or may not have spoken on a tour, but the next step in the process is sitting down with Mrs. Burnett to discuss your child, family, and our school in more detail. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know each other better as well as to understand how we can best provide for your child's education and make sure that BCA is a great fit for your family.

  • Enrollment Packet. Upon completion of the interview, your student's application will be processed. Once accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the "Enrollment Packet," which will be submitted with your non-refundable $100 Enrollment Fee.

For Kindergarten-8th grade students, the EdChoice Scholarship application process must be completed to secure your spot. You will have 30 days from your applying to complete the process, which is outlined below or our our EdChoice Page. The documents needed are:

  • EdChoice Request Form, current utility bill, and birth certificate submitted to Mr. Burnett or the school office.

  • Limited Power of Attorney notarized and signed 

  • Screenshot of submitted Income Verification or an appointment with Mr. Burnett to complete Income Verification (Expansion only). 

Before clicking to begin the registration process, please note the following:

 

  • A Wait List has been started in 2nd grade and other classes will be full in the near future.

  • Students must be able to read and write in English. Students who can not demonstrate English language proficiency will not be admitted. If you are unsure if your child will meet this requirement, be sure to speak with us before applying.

  • If you have not completed a tour, please call the office (440.842.8575) or email Mrs. Gentry (jgentry@bcakids.org) before proceeding.
